thanks for putting that out, Denise. I signed up, but didn't get a copy - I think because I changed phone numbers and email addresses since I sent my contact info to you. I'll resend my info on the next edit.

I've got 5000 names to add to the list. We would really appreciate it if you would get on this ASAP. :D

Good work, I'll be sure to get on it when it comes up again...

I would LOVE to see those photos. Hopefully one of them has Roadstar driving with HotRodBob as co-pilot and DirtyT and 62Wgn flanking me on the package tray. We had so much fun cruzn around that day. A photo like that would be treasured for a long time. Please send it to

FartCat, Foul, or anyone else who knows that they sent me their info, EMAIL me and I'll check the list and reply with the spreadsheet for you.

That makes me feel bad. :(

I can change it to Smith it that would change your mind! :D

I couldn't find me in Indiana, because I'm listed in Illinois.

I guess that does mean you aren't perfect... but that's close enough for me! :)

Thanks for doing this! Typing out the email addresses had to be a chore in itself!!!!

(and California is the place to break down. You guys rock!)

  11. Hey Denise, received mine and man; that was a ton of work! Thanks alot and I hope I never have to use it, but what a comfort for a roadtrip.

Thanks again, your a babe! ;)

  12. For those without Excel - or the desire to send Billy Gates anymore money, try Open Office ( http://www.openoffice.org/ ) - it'll open most office documents, and it's free. Which is a good price.

  13. Thank you, Denise.
Your selflessness is an inspiration to us all.
And... according to my 8-year-old daughter, who saw Big Olds in the R&C Egorama ballot... your car is "cool" too.

  14. Realised I've changed e-mail address since...from AOL.CON... to Yahoo.com...1st bits the same still....

HUGE Thanks to Denise for the work she did on this. :D

I had just checked out the representation from each state.
Boy I hope I'm not traveling in the states not representated or I'll definitely be walking.
Almost 20 states not represented including Hawaii and Alaska.
Many states have only one or two represented.
Great to see so many Hambers willing to drop what they're doing to help a fellow Hamber! Just as I expected from this group. PJ

So, if I want to get my name on it, I wait until the next call for entries, correct?

I'm happy to help anyone I can, even though my ability largely stops with calling AAA!

If you are still collecting contact info, Denise, say so and I'll send you mine.

You guys are all welcome. It was my pleasure to be able to do something for the HAMB members.

I will be collecting contact info after the first of the year.

would be so kickass to have a self-maintanable list so you wouldnt have to go through al lthe trouble and it could be updated frequently. im there there is some sort of web-i-fied app that could be used. that would enable people who signed up to change thier address , etc. if they move, etc.

Thanks Denise for all the hard work you did. I've changed my job since I sent my info so I won't be able to help out at night from Monday-Thursday because I work 3rd shift. Is it possible to burn that list to a disk so I can print it out later? later shawn

Back in my rock crawlin days,

there was a website (I forget the name/addy) that you registered yourself to both give, and recieve, roadside help if you brokedown on the trail or hwy.

You listed who you were, what you could do for others in need of roadside help, where you were in the USA, and contact info.

And only registered people could see your contact info, so it wasn't posted all over the entire internet for the charlie manson's of the world to see.

To register, you had to give up some personal info, like drivers licence #, verifiyable home addy., shit like that, that was only available to the people that ran the site, to give to the cops, in case YOU turned out to be manson yourself.

Thanks for taking the time to do this HRLC!
I will look for the next update post, and add myself to it.

Keep in mind I'm at the Drags right now so I won't be able to respond to any emails till Monday.

As far as making something thats web accessible, I'm not really thrilled with the idea. Most of the folks on the list have been hanging around the HAMB for a bit and I recognized their names. I feel comfortable with them having my contact info. We don't need the whole worlds contact info, just more dedicated HAMB folks on the list. I'd like to see it double for next year:D

  27. Thank you Denise,,,,,I hope nobody has to use the list but it's great to have it!

Thanks to everybody that made it happen! :D HRP
