HAMB is best ever

I think that all of the work that RYAN has done recently has paid off.

Everything is fast, I can see numbers at the bottom now. I see a new feature that I couldn't see before - showing who was the last to post on each topic. Nice. The search feature works. More features in the Main Index. Great.

I can say there are alot of Old School HAMBsters that I still miss, but the forum is rockin. I appreciate the work man. As good as the Discovery Channel was last night this place is and has been ten times better to me. I have met and dealt with the best people here.

The Friday Art shows are becoming the best new thing going too. That's a hats off to the people who come here.

I know that this is a dull post, but I just spent a bunch of time trying to help get the Monster Garage folks to realize that they struck gold. I am sure it will amount to nothing in the end and this place will still be here.

I felt obligated to let Ryan know that he is still making progress. I know it must be hard to tell if things are satisfactory when you are kinda biased.

It might sound sorta brownnose-ish but it has to be said.

 

Yes, I agree about the HAMB being the best it's ever been as far as features and speed. Broman, what are you talking about regarding the monster garage?

 

umm, see the post about the latest episode of Monster Garage (GEt off your computers....). They had all of the Hot-Rod legends working on a 54 Chubby. I have been bombarding them with e-mails to let them know that it was the best thing I (we I should say) have ever seen on TV. I am also going to TRR and other sites and trying to get others to do the same in hopes that they would make another show like it.

In the midst of it all though I have also noticed that Ryan has been busting his balls to get this place in shape. I just wanted him to know I for one noticed it and appreciate it. I can't go more than a coulple days without my HAMB. I am always borrwing my dad's notebook 'puter - he thinks I am checking my e-mails...pppFFFttttt, I could give a shit less about my e-mail. I am checking into the HAMB!!!!

Aaaaaaahhhhhhhh, yes. Some of the guys at work were talking about that episode of Monster Garage. I missed it, unfortunately. Thanks for the clarification.
