Hot Rods HAMB License Plate Toppers (again)

Good evening brethren, I've seen a lot of threads that have been posted over the years regarding the HAMB License Plate Toppers (only seeing them in past tense).
What is the chance of seeing them returning for purchase any time soon? I would love to proudly display one on my 54' 3100.
I see they are sold out in the store and only hoping someone could provide some sort of update? I specifically like the "Bottom Mount" version of the toppers. Great looking product!

 

Ryan has offered them a few times over the years and they normally sell our fast.

BTW, the only toppers I remember have been bottom mount.

They "pop" up for sale once in a while here (new/used), that's how I got mine.

What will you pay? Listed for $25.00 in the store, but 9/10 items listed are sold out. I'm thinking Ryan has other things on his plate right now.
