Customs HAMB Merc Club! who's in?????

Sure would be nice to have a Merc club car show some where. How cool would that be to have the West coast East coast Mercs meet some where in the middle!!! Any ideas Bad Bob? 3 Hundred Mercs in one show HOW KOOL !!!!!!!!!

How about we all show up for the KKOA show in Salina, Kansas that has to be close to the Middle..........lol and this is going to be my first time going there and I am under the impression it is the 30th ann.

 

Great idea!! I would do whatever I can to help pull this off...... Would you like for me to pursue it? I'm not trying to but in, but if we are going to do it this year we need to move.

Good idea I'll be there but something stand alone / Mercurys only would be kooler.

That would be great. When is the date? I think it is in July? But not for sure. I am all for it if I can get off work. Tried there( kkoa) web site was not working right. Lets do it!!!!

 

KANSAS! Holy shit...that's a drive!!! It would be great to have a get together of HAMB Merc guys. If you've looked at the list,which I have,there's guys from all over the world! I would hate to go to something like this without my car! Not as if you could drive from England or Germany either,hahaha!

 

Merc's are cool enough to float!

 

I would be interested in this but how do we pull off an all Merc show that can be enjoyed by all?

 

Maybe we can do something regional on the same date and have people who would be willing to cover each event and post pics the following day here on the HAMB

 

If we can find out what day the first Mercury rollled off the assembly line maybe this would be a good day for a World wide Merc show

 

If my Memory is correct it will be the weekend of the 24th of July. Very kool place
to have it and I can call Jerry Titus on Monday to see if we can have some space
so we can park together.......

Bad Bob, Since your the Grand Poo Bah of the Mercury club do you approve of this plan
or should we do a stand alone Mercury Gathering or should I but out? Let me know I
want to do what I can to pull this off, it would be a lot of fun!!

Regional on the same date is a kool idea. That has not been done before and would be easier on a lot of Merc owners. West Coast, Mid West, East Coast Merc gathering Huuuummmmm??? I love that idea. What do ya think Bob?

Hey guys...I just started the deal rolling so we could keep in touch and share ideas and such. I hold NO power,haha! Plus,I wanted to know how many guys owned Mercs on the HAMB.
Straykat,I love the idea! John Denich and I were talking about having a HAMB Merc gathering at the LARS in 2010,right next to Camp HAMB. If there's any way I can make your gathering,I will.

 

Kool! Next few days I'll do some ground work to see when & where in the
Mid West we can have a HAMB Merc gathering. Looking forward to 2010.

Hey Bob I am going to Salina this year, planned on it last year even had my room booked! but life got in the way! This year Lone Star and Salina for sure!!!!! Its been 10 years since I have been to a KKOA event used to go all the time!!!!!

 

I'll have to make sure my AAA is paid up,haha!
