On IE with dial-up. Have noticed it's been slow the last few days. Seems to take a long time to view the first post but after it loads and I take a peek, then close it the second post to be viewed loads much faster.....WTF BTW it took me 1:25 minutes to load page 3 of this post so I could respond.
I just posted and it didn't go. Did not use the Quick Reply. I'm on IE & dial-up. Been slow the last few days IMHO. Took 1:25 minutes to load page 3 of this thread so I could respond. BTW it seems to take a long time when I first get on here to view the first post. After viewing it and going to another the second thread almost pops up instantly..WTF?

Ryan, Actually, last night for some reason I could not post or even reply to anything. It would literally lock up on the server w/ no activity for 5 mins. I tried several times and there was no change. I use Internet Explorer; deleted all my cookes and temp file. Cleaned all my Cache folders.
slow n chitty. . . had some load times of over 30 seconds on a DSL using firefox... some pages load fast, but attachments were SUPER slow
times out, I will also get a save to disk promt. Prompts me to open or save to disk showthread.php Win XP pro, Firefox 1.5
Ryan, Past couple days it's been slow for me as well. Have switched computers, with both Firefox and IE and notice on both. Performance seems to go and go... When bad, seems to be a delay in server responding to requests, if I was to guess from way out here... Let me know I can help with anything. -scott noteboom
scott, I owe you shirts... We think we have the bottleneck solved - a bad cable between machines... trying to get it replaced right now...
