HAMB Phone App trouble

Anyone having trouble with your H.A.M.B. Phone app? Is it worth deleting and reloading ?
Did this with Craigslist and found updated app, more user friendly
If so, will I loose any of my stored data???

Anyone?? Won't stay logged in. Have to re-enter log in info, every time I open it.

 

I'm running The H.A.M.B. mobile app version 5.4.47 (21000039) on my iPhone ... and have had zero login issues.

Even on my phone I log on through my browser, works just fine and I stay logged in.

 

Just click cancel when that pops up and you will see you are still logged in.

I can open the HAMB app but can't open any threads to view them. I just get the little arrow going in circles like it's trying but never does anything. Used to work great. Not sure what went wrong.

 

I've used the App in a couple different smartphones, it works OK but try as I might it just doesn't work as slick as the mobile webpage.

 

You might be clearing your cache and when you do that all your login information gets deleted. If you're not doing it manually maybe you have a setting somewhere that is forcing.
