HAMB relay from TX to FL?

I want to buy a 51 Ford PU in Colton (Ausin) TX, need it to be in Largo (St. Petersburg) FL. It doesn't run, needs trailering. no hurry to get it here, just need to know whether or not to send the money to seller. I'd throw in gas money. here's your cargo:
