HAMB Relay needed PGH to Fresno

I'm looking for help getting 6 (big) wheels and tires from the Pittsburgh PA area to Madera (Fresno) CA. No hurry, and if they have to stop somewhere along the way for a little while; that would be fine as long as they get there eventually.

Tires are about 25-26" in diameter, and from 12-15" wide.
