HAMB relay Transmission

Just taking a shot in the dark here, but DRD 57 has offered me a tranny for my '57 Caddy. It is a hydro (Jetaway) and is prolly fairly heavy. I live in Greenville SC and am in no rush. Or delivery to Gettysburg, Pa would be better yet.
One of these days I'll be returning to work and shipping wouldn't be a problem and I wouldn't have to beg, but for now it's out of the question. And there's no real rush other than to get it from Don's crowded shop.

I'm doing a tranny/engine relay this Sunday but only going as far as Port Huron Mi. to get it to DIRTYT for his bitchin 50 chevy!.........if I only had more time........I bet the weather is real nice Greenville .........good luck to ya Slick50!!

If someone can get it to GG Indy or Hot Rod Reunion in Bowling Green, I can get it, bring it back here to Detroit then put it on a buddies semi truck to Charlotte in Oct. Just a thought.

I have a transmission in Texas too, and I'll be heading up to Charleston this summer, if somebody from TX is comeing to FL, I'll relay it from Tampa/Orlando to Greenville.
