Where are you getting a good rear wheel cylinder? The chinese left rear is ok but the right rear leaks out of the bleeder valve. I have tried 3, all leak. ALL parts stores are selling the chinese junk. I tried NAPA, Rockauto, Advance Auto, shoeboxford.com, Autozone, Oreillys, ABC Auto parts

I'm running a 302 in my 49 Coupe , and Legend544 is running a 351 in his 50 - we installed rads out of a 90 Mustang into both . You can see pics & whatnot in my build thread (within the last few pages) . New rad , hoses & whatnot from AutoZone , around 100 bux ... not bad , if ya ask me ! All info in my thread .

I agree, it looks to be untouched and great condition.
    Needs some cutting for sure.

Hey fellas. ya this was a one of a kind find. It had been in storage since 74. Its pretty unreal, custom interior that hope my upholstery guy can save. It had a set of original bias plys sitting next to it that had never been mounted there still soft. It still has the arkansas 51 license plate.

Manyolcars, we have some similarities in our cars!:)

I got my wheel cylinders from Napa, and haven't had any problem---maybe just lucky-----.

I talked to a guy with a 460 in his. He claimed it was difficult to get it into the space. Did yours fit easily? He had fenderwell headers

Yeah like fitting an elephant into a shoebox. Literally! But yeah there are no fender wells at this point and the firewall has been cut as well. If the sub-frame was not narrowed 4" it would have been easier but ah well it's in!

    Nice one, King!

Made some headway on my '49 this weekend (in between the '48 F1 and the '56 Chevy....too many projects  )
