Day One of working at the Samoa Dragstrip, today, noticing a total presence of MOPAR, and realizing I've forgotten where that name came from. Can anyone refresh my memory? The tire smoke hasn't cleared out from it... We were setting up for the first race day of the season, tomorrow, am gettin' acquainted with the wiring and computer setup (until an announcer's position is available ). Shoulda brought the camera, beautiful day, and though no serious racing happened, the 'strip on a gorgeous spring day was as Deep-In-Though conducive as a church. Services start tomorrow...
Thanks, Purple. I'll sleep better tonight knowing the answer... again... Drags out at the peninsula in the mornin'.
i don't get it? where's the response, presumably from purple? i don't know where the mopar name came from either, but i'd like to..
It's Motor Parts combined. It is spelled MoPar by the high preists of Highland Park, who of course, no longer reside there due to enemy interference.
Yeah, Tim PM'ed me before I started reading the board and asked me there. The Motor Parts Divsion acronymn.
