ContinentalJohn's post about the Dash Plaques got me thinking... What about T-Shirts? I know that they've been available in the past. Are they still around?

If they aren't I might be able to put some together as a fund raiser for the HAMB. I've got access to a great screen printing place. They've done the shirts for my Mustang club and they are very nice... Hanes Beefy-Ts. Obviously, it would need Ryans approval and I'd need someone to do computer ready art work for it.

We're probably looking at $15-$20 per shirt depending on color and number of colors in the screen print. Of course, the more we have done, the cheaper they'll be.

Anyway... just throwing out some ideas.

Mikey from Bend, Oregon usta whip up and mail out our HAMB T-shirts but I haven't seen him post here for a long time..A new version would be welcome IMHO...Just get Ryan's approval. I imagine they'd sell pretty good.

Something distinctive that would make HAMBers more easily recognizable in a crowd of black and white t-shirts would be great! Max

Make some with pockets. I'm tired of shirts with no place for my glasses, sharpie and ciggies. Make a shirt with a pocket, loose neck in XXL and XXXL and I'll buy a batch of them!

  17. Count me in this time, if it's legit. I sent money last time but no shirt [IMG] But I don't think the check was ever cashed...

Anyways, with Ryans blessing, I'm in [IMG]

Im in too, I think it would be cool. I've wanted a HAMB shirt for a while after seeing FlyinEyes wearing his at the drags.

And if you guys want the artwork to come exclusivly from Brush, then its a sure winner! [IMG]

However, if you'd like other artists to contribute and maybe have HAMBers pick a few cool ones from the bunch, I'd be willing to drum up a few designs as well.

On the other hand, Brush did offer first, so we'll see what you guys say. Either way I think it'll be fun! [IMG]

  19. I'm in for two T's..., and a couple of dash plaques..!!! [IMG]

    Lets go for it...! [IMG]

I second that, maybe a colored tee. A gray-ish blue, a brick red or a gray-ish green maybe. Just some ideas to stand out. Look over a crowd and see the color, you wouldnt even need to read it to know where a HAMBer is.

I'm for the one-off-color idea too if it can be done.

i totally dig black and white, but a "primer red" would be cool too. a few other colors might be nifty as well.

Getting them done is no problem. I've bought 300 shirts from them in the past year for my car club and my R/C Glider Club. If Ryan approves, I just as soon he handle the cash end of it.

Maybe I can get together with some of the OC HAMBers to help me with the shipping, Just to do the packaging and labeling. Since they're unbreakable we can go lo-tech for the packaging. Just bag them and stick them in a large envelope.

White is gonna be the cheapest followed by black then gray. After that they're all the same price. I can see what they have as far as a brick/primer red.

Pockets I know adds about $1 to the shirts and xxl & xxxl about $2.

  25. Sorry about bringing up Mikey... it's just that there's never been closure to it.

Now moving on... How about long sleeve T-shirts?

Need a rat fink with a flying eyeball standing on a maltese cross for the artwork. Just kidding
methinks we need to turn the pinheads and artists loose to come up with a new design. The last shirts were great, but that was mikey's thing. Every year's batch should be different.
