Dammit, this is going to be a real hard choice. Do we really have to have just one choice or can there be a couple? You guy's have done a great job. Later plmczy

PS. Anybody ever think about a mechanics jacket?

Great work on behalf of all the artists and a tough choice. I'm probably in for two of whatever design comes out on top.

If I had to choose one, I'd have to go with Django's chopped A. The Tradional Rods and Kustoms text is optional IMHO. Some people will understand and some won't - I have the same problem with my car (When ya gonna paint it? [IMG]). It isn't for the masses.

Design on the back - small logo over the pocket.

Oh - and I could use a couple of onesies for my little girl [IMG]

Just as a reminder, you posted this picture on page 5 in the Garage Art thread. This is the picture I PMed you about and asked if I could use it in a design, but never got a reply.

So whether or not its your car, you posted it, or someone with your profile name did.

And I'm not sure if you're just joking here or serious, but I believe none of the designs shown in this thread by anyone comes close to old navy or j-crew(whatever that is).

  6. those four styles are good,,,

i like the option of having something printed on the back,,,like a CAR,,,,DUH,,,,
so its not just pinstiping on my tits,,,

so maybe a CHOPPED tank top and a baby tee would give nice options,,,i'm not as much a fan of halters,,,,they tend to come undone too easily,,,

smalls or extra smalls for me please,,,

I am thinking we go cheap and easy. That keeps it pretty trad. You can't really mess with the HAMB font, it takes away from the feel - so no outlines and shadows. Ryan's taste is simple and effective. I suggest something like this:

I might suggest that we use HIS car, what's more HAMB than that? He is too modest though, so this probably will get the axe......c'mon it's FAMOUS now dude, let's use it for some HAMB art for christ sakes!!!!

    JCrew/cock-suckers... that's kinda funny!

I can do one with Ryan's car and initially it crossed my mind, but I didn't think that would be something he would be into based on the frequency that he posts pics of it. Personally I love it and it inspires me on the build up of my '36. But on the whole, it starts us down the road of whose car would be better than someone else's...

Like I said, the Rocky33 would be cool, I just don't like that pic. Any old pic of any old trad car simply will not work. It has to be unique, IMO.

Well after all the cool designs (you are all awsome) I still prefer Django's (pinstrip - 4sp) design because it is simple and clean and does not take the whole shirt up.. Like Rocky I am a shirt whore and would buy a few...

You fellers need to be patient. Geez, Ryan said when he got done with the calendar deal . He'd think about shirts. Why are all you guys so determined to get these shirts made RIGHT NOW? While we're at it why are some of you all so gung ho to have your art on the shirt? It's not like Germ or Nads will respect you more or that Denise will actually go topless for ya. (Denise if that's part of the deal, let me know [IMG]) You all need to go work on your rides and wait for Ryan to say he's ready.

This has been John B stating his opinion.

We are patient man, and we all are waiting.

The reason why there was such a rush of information, designs and input, is because we were all brainstorming, coming up with ideas, getting feedback.

Thats just what happens when alot of creative people, all interested in one specific topic get together and throw around ideas!

As far as having a persons artwork choosen to be used on the shirts... I think you'd need to be an artist to understand that. Or a photographer, or a cook, or a welder or whatever.

If your creative work, your own design or creation gets choosen over all the other awesome entries... then its a feeling of pride, a sense of accomplishment. It has nothing to do with people respecting you more.

Those are MY opinions anyway [IMG]

I want some HAMB shirts, right now, cause all my other shirts are greasy and old with holes in them. Its time for new shirts. just kidding, but let us all know when they are decided on and when they'll be ready. I want...

Just as long as it's about your pride, I guess it's ok. And just as long as it has nothing to do with this.
