Just testing the waters here. Its time to get the Ravin's '49 on the road, and it seems to have a minor fireing problem. Anyway here's the deal. I'm already committed, gonna be there regardless, wouldn't miss it for the world. I think we could sort it out in an afternoon/evening. Perhaps might need to round up a distributer just in case the Mallory is done. Even a borrowed distributer will do for the time being. I'm thinkin' an afternoon/evening, some burgers and beverages and we can have him on the road. KC would be the place. Anyone interested in the scramble? Opinions? Lets hear it.
Mike, Its an SBC. He's got a Mallory Unilite in it now, and I haven't looked at the way its wired. They are real bad to dump the module. Even a points distributer would be more than doable.
Ive got an accel points dist. I could mail out tommorow but i dont know if youll get it in time it worked good when it came out but that was 8 years ago it may need new points but if you want ill mail it out

I want to thank all those that came out for the trash. porknbeaner KCMongo I hope I didn't miss anybody. We got the new electric fuel pump in and diagnosed that the distributor was the main problem. Too bad the loaner HEI or dual point didn't show, we could of had this elephant running... Thank guys. r
