Chris Ask me to post this so Andy`s friend can see his resting place. The pictures speak for themselves. Rest in peace Andy.
always im my thoughts never met him in person but felt I knew him through the storys people shared at his passing R.I.P hamb andy
http://www.findagrave.com/ Someone that has a more intimate knowledge of Andy and his life should post it on Find a Grave. It's a nice site, not at all ghoulish. I have many members of my family as well as friends that have died on it. It's just a nice remembrance that those who are unable to visit a grave can go to, read about the person, see a few pictures and, maybe, post a comment. All comments are viewed by the moderator first so there is nothing inappropriate. I have no connection what so ever to the site, just an interest in genealogy
Man that is great, such a great kid as Andy deserves the best resting place. RIP Andy, Hot Rodding with the 'Big Fella' upstairs now. Doc.
Wow..thank you for sharing these photos. I think of Andy often and seeing these pics brought a tear, and smile to me. Rest in peace little hot rod brother..you are missed and not forgotten. Tony
Thank You, Fitzee. I think of Andy often, wear his t-shirt to most car events. I'm sure his family misses a fine brave young man.
I think about him often as my daughter is 14. What a brave guy. Who did the stone? Guiseart on here? Thanks for posting. Scott
Wow that is cool. Thanks for posting.I bet he's stoked up there on how the headstone looks like the HAMB badge. He is an inspiration to us all.
My life continues to be touched by the courage Andy showed us. The HAMB is a better place because of him. Anyone here who does not know of him needs to do some research.
What is there to say? The pictures say it all if you were privilaged to be a part of it. I like how one side depicts Andy's "civilian" life and the other gives tribute to his hot rodding side. For those of us who lived this aspect of Andy's life with him we will ever be grateful for being "along for the ride" during the last years of this remarkable young man's life. As we all prayed for a miracle that would allowed him to live a long and full life God had other plans. If those of us left behind touch a fraction of the lives he did then we will have lived a good life. Andy filled his life to overflowing early and left us richer for having known him. My heart still goes out to his family in the hope that they are at peace with his passing. We are all richer for the display of courage and hope he shared with us. God speed young man, you did well. Frank
I did my research. He was a great kid....know what change that. Going through what he did, he was a great man. I'm in that boat to. RIP Andy.
I never had the pleasure to meet him in person, but obviously he was a super great person. An inspiration to many including myself, even still after his passing. Thanks for sharing.
The HAMB was a richer place with Andy's presence. He brought so many together, touched so many hearts and at his young age taught much about humility, perseverance, defiance and courage in the face of overwhelming odds. The HAMB is still a richer place for having him grace it with his presence and this spirit lives on. Thank you Andy for all you showed us. R.I.P.
right there with you guys....Ive said it before, but its worth repeating...I never got to meet Andy, but he inspired me to be a better person....RIP Buddy.
