Thanks for the advice but we did all that. We had the fan bolts pierce throught the radiator tubes in 4 spots. Should have mounted the fan with brackets but in a hurry to get it to Detroit. Any way the lovely Michigan roads bounced it around so much we had trouble. The rad shop tried to fix it but as he started to fix one spot the tubes were so brittle the next one would collaspe. Anyway we got home thanks to our fellow Ohio hambers.
Damn now that is Hot Rodding! Great hambers everywhere, glad you got home ok Truck was killer at Autorama what a cruiser!
