I belong to a large Celtic Society, and some members are Pastors, and Healers, also people who give Celtic Blessings, Healing thoughts, and send them everywhere. I never say NO to any Healing thought or Prayer, God's people are still working for your families behalf. The word went out & this was the responce: Energy on its way the moment you thought to ask. Michael I firmally believe in Celtic Energy, Blessings, and Prayers. May God heal your son to full recovery, and give him strength to endour all that is yet to come !!! Coffeegirl <!-- / message -->
Brother, all of us Omaha dudes are thinking healing thoughts for ya. Couple of my bros went down on bikes after hitting wild turkeys on the road near Sturgis a while back. Be strong and take it real easy bro. ~sololobo~
Good luck brother! Lets hope its a small bleed. I'm glad someone stopped for him, its getting rare these days. I just couldn't drive by an accident, maybe its the Paramedic in me but I just couldn't do it. Doc.
Prayers from North Carolina for a speedy recovery..... God Bless ..... This is one of the last places that I can say Gods name out loud........(or Type) GOD GOD GOD GOD GOD GOD GOD ............... Amen -------------------------------------- Off my soap box now !
*update* Steve is slowly improving. He now off of the ventilator and is still moderately responding to questions and stimuli. The Dr.s are hoping to move him to the inpatient rehab facility at the hospital within the next couple days. Still in critical condition but improvements everyday!
Thank you, PLEASE keep us updated during the next few weeks, we all care very much. God Bless your son & your family.
Glad he's getting better. I hit a rabbit on a bike at over 100 once in California and that damned near killed me when I got knocked off the road and went thru the trees. Also had a Chevy damned near totaled here in Idaho hitting a mule deer back in the 80's. Deer walked away, my car didn't. He's got somebody upstairs looking after him hitting a deer on a bike and surviving. Hats off to the guy who stopped and helped too. Note to those vacationing in Idaho/Montana this summer. Drive carefully after dark. You hit a Griz, elk or a range bull you might piss them off... Best wishes for a speedy and complete recovery.
Thanks for the updates! Is he in Duluth? If so what hospital will he do his rehab in? My brother in law is a physical therapist @ St Luke's. If he is there I will have him stop by and say Hi.
Update* Steve is talking and getting out of bed with assistance. He is no longer trached and is eating some solids. He has memory of some things and the Dr.s believe his memory will increase as time goes on thru the help of rehab and self healing. He remembers family members and some dates of birth. He still has a long road ahead but is getting better everyday! Thanks for all of the support.
That is wondeful news! I've been trying to follow for updates...God can truly work miracles. Thoughts and prayers sent for all yall. Jimbo
I just found this thread and I'm sorry to hear of the accident but Steve sounds like he is getting better daily and that is a very good thing. More prayers and support coming your way for Steve and the entire family!
Wonderful news on his progress! My families thoughts and prayers are with Steve and his family at this trying time. God Bless!
*UPDATE* Steve is walking, talking, and feeding himself. They have his doing some tasks to help improve his motorskills and have requested that he start using his laptop too. He still has a lot of rehab ahead of him but he is getting better everyday. He is physically strong and continues to improve. Hopefully he can be back on the HAMB before you know it. Thanks for all of the well wishes!
Thank God!!! Great news and I'll keep praying for him and his family. Little at a time he'll be back before you know it! Thanks for the update.
