  1. I know not of what you speak...

My daughters - Sydney (5) and Mackenzie (2) - helped me change the alternator in the Biscayne today. They were so into it, I had to get the two year old to back up a bit...she had a wrench in her hand and grabbing the handle on the battery asking "What's this?", she nearly touched both terminals with the wrench.

Sydney turned into the Hot Rod Goodwill Princess last year at Back to the 50's when she got invited into a guy's blue Model A 5-window...she thought that was so cool she always asks to sit in her favorite cars now!

My grandson. He lives about 15 miles away and every time he stops by he can tell me what has been done on my projects. He asked me what color I was going to paint my pickup project and I said, "What color do you want it"! I don't think he has figured out what I was saying.

Leigha, the koolest kid ever. (IMO) My '51 was a Father's Day present, and she wants to help me get it where we're going. I was giving her a bit of auto electric info today. This car will give her opportunities to learn a LOT about auto electrical! BTW- she's 9 going on 30.

Posted this a couple of months ago. My 17 yr old daughter got her license and is finally starting to take interest in my old poncho. Here's a photo I managed to snap while she was helping doing the brake job on it.

    Life is grand !!!!
