hand made hotrod. who said it couldn't be done

I have started building my Rod also from scratch. It doesnt look enough like any thing to say what it is. It looks like a late 20's/early 30's something. I haven't welded in 30 years it comes back to me as I go along. I will at a later date as it comes together a little more post some pics, as it is now my welds are embarrasing, but improving.

 

Anyone know where this car is?
