Jeff.... You're one of a kind! My thanks to you for starting this group! I have enjoyed everyone on here, glad to be part of it.

I'm smoking a huge ham, a turkey, and about 90 chicken thighs and legs tomorrow morning. I've got them soaking in apple juice right now and into the smoker they go at 7am tomorrow for about 4 hours slowing cooking in alder chips! Anyone near me can stop by and eat 'till they explode! Of course the wife is making her specialites that will feed a small village.

My buddy Dan from California that we bought the Chevelle for is here too! We'll have a great time!

Have a great thanksgiving everyone and be safe!

Happy Thanksgiving to all from Texas!

I actually get to work on my Victoria tomorrow. Yay!!! The weather is supposed to be good and I've got plenty to keep me busy. Probably continue on the front and rear suspension setup. I need to get it to roll so I can move it inside for the winter.

I've been working on my shop so that I can get the car inside and still have room to work on it. I tend to be a packrat, so this hasn't been easy!

Anyhow, y'all enjoy your Thanksgiving. Remember, we're all meeting at Geno's...

We don't do television at my house (at least not anything that is piped in), so I have to take the kids and wife over to the in-laws to watch the Thanksgiving Day parade, and then I get to wrench on the 54 tomorrow....until I have to show up at the in-laws for dinner.

I hope to finally mate up my restored steering column and steering box. They've both been a huge amount of work (much more than I anticipated), but it will be super nice and solid when it all goes back together.

Happy Thanksgiving everyone. Thank you all for the help you have given me. Without this site and you kool kats that help me, I would still be lost on most everything. Hope you all have a great holiday.

Merry Thanksgiving to all! No work for 4 days - GREAT! Up in da northern part of Michigan (north of Traverse City) for the holidays with the kids & grandkids. Cold, dreary, rainy.... at least it ain't snowing - yet.

I have a few old snowmobiles, brought one of 'em up to tinker with this weekend. Once restored it should be good for some trail-riding.

Son in-law heard of an old car junkyard in the area so while the women are baking we're going on a search & discover mission. Hope everyone is having a nice day off and enjoying life. ron
