Ive got the top of the line Grey one from harbor frieght..... 14" regulaly 129, i got it on sale for 99.......... Had it for over six years....it gets used and abused about 9 months outta the year. Never even changed the brushes.... Will cut 2x2 1/4 wall like ****er... the key is to use good blades (not h.f. cheapys) and dont force it thru the metal... should last ya for a good while... i think all in all, it is how good do you treat your tools
Well i'm the oddball once again, i paid 39 bucks for mine from them 18 years ago and it just now had a problem, but it was an easy fix so it is going again! it has been through hell and back and their is not much i have not cut with it, plus it went through my 2 oldest boys for 5 years when they were building jeeps. it takes a lickin and keeps on tickin!! but as for the ones now a days i have no clue. the CL thing is a good idea.
