I'm hoping somebody here can help me out - I'm having difficulty sourcing a part. I need a 90o br*** fitting for 5/16 line. It needs a male on one end and a female on the other. Its going on a rochester 2g which does not have pipe thread, but instead the same thread as the 5/16 hard line fitting. Make sense? Any help would be appreciated. It needs to clear a vintage air cleaner and I can't get a bend tight enough with my bender.

They make fittings that would are the carb thread by 1/4 female pipe. Then you could use a 1/4 male pipe by 5/16 flare 90.

Check w/some of the pontiac tri power guys-Spotts,Vintage speed etc. Pontiac used 2g's and 5/16 line w/a 90 or 45 degree fitting to carb set uplike you are describing.
