How bout some details? And a pic or ten of the 65! This truck is killer, love the stance, chop.... well everything! -Shiny
Truck is real clean. Strpping is wild! Tell the truth, when I first saw the finish on the fenders I thought the were bolt on repops. They need to tie in a little better, ie think move the paint break. Just my opinion. Great truck though, I would love to see the int and under the hood.
these are all i have for now. The outline of the truck is -the cab is stretched 6" - 4" chop - hood pancaked 2ish" - bed shorted and the basic shaved any where we could mII front, big truck grill, ford vickie seat and a pontiac colum. and a lot of trial and error. wheels 15x8 front and 15x10 rear. and all oe sheet metal. the ower and builder is a member (rcktmn62) he just does not get on the computer much.but i am gonna make him see this. all of the positve feed back is much appreated... sickindustries.net is the best place to see the 65
You didn't overdo it and make it look silly. Nice job of restraint- it's what makes the truck killer.
here are some more pics one of the brakes lines in the frame and the alt running off the driveline evey thing is in the frame(wire gas brake air) and the have disconects on the frame.
getting a new face/wheels and tires 56 cad bumper donation. still fine inprogress.. 15x10 rears and 15x8 front supriems need some imput/ideas for a rear bumper looked around on here and did not fine anything????
Lovin that truck...very nice work and the proportions are just right!! Loving the alternator off the drive shaft....I had been thinking of running an A/C compressor off a custom built rear end yolk...but I like your solution better!!! (Can I borrow that idea...)
