For anyone with a pre 2000 softail I need to know the measurement between the rear caliper bracket and the disc, Mine is hitting due to a custom rim/hub combo. I don't know the stock measurement. see picture

i ***ume that by pre-00 you mean '99 or older, but in case i'm mistaken, i've got a '00 softail that i can measure if it will help.

pm me if you need it.

  3. Abe, mine's a quarter of an inch(rotor to caliper brkt, like in your pic)
Did you leave out the spacer between the bearing and caliper bracket? Need a pic of mine? Lemme know....

I got it this morning off a bike, this is a whole custom job, I had setup my own spacers and all with no reference, basically the rim/tire is centered, the caliper is off to the left a bit, I'll just machine the bracket a bit and add a .25 to my spacer. Thanks guys.
