    One I built from scratch:

Since I am 6'6" I had to make it taller than normal.

Gimmie a week or so as I am getting ready to build one from scratch for my Mommy's 32.

Dunno how or what its gonna look like but I'm gonna give it a go.

I recommend starting with plywood shapes that define the size of the glass. Then it is a matter of forming steel (or aluminum/brass?) around the wood patterns.

This car was at a local show recently. The grill is a bit off base. The owner said he made the windshield frame by cutting a slot in some tubing and he slid the plexiglasss into it. I believe he said the car only took two months to build. The guy wearing the black hat built it.
