Has anyone delt with Crites Resteration ???

    It's been scence October of last year how long do u need to make and ship a hood is its nearly been 5 months

    I just contacted fiberglass unlimited I paid 459 shipped they say next Thursday I should have it

    Well I got my hood today u cant beat there quality great product. If u deal with miss crites u won't have any problems

    i'm confused...did you get your hood from fibreglass unlimited or crites?? sounds like you bought a hood from unlimited but are also recommending crites? :confused:

    I was gonna buy one from fiberglass unlimited but they only make a stock hood so I had to go with crites but like I said great product horrible Coustmer service .

    Wow, reading those responses from Crites was unbelievable. He totally has his head in the sand as to what people are telling him. Maybe he will understand this: The lousy, inexcusable attitude of the person you have answering your phone is costing you business. What does it cost you to get one new customer? And the customers you have to worry about are the ones that just say " F... it " and who just never call you back to do any business with you.

    The people you see complaining here are doing you a HUGE favor, they are trying to tell you that you have an employee who is pissing people off and driving them away. No matter how good she is, or how much your Wife might like her, you have a business to run and if you don't get a handle on this problem it could damage your income and reputation to the point it can't be fixed.

    Your response was the weakest, most P Whipped reply I have seen from any man who should be calling that lady into his office and either having her turn her ways around, or getting rid of her. Guys like you amaze me. :mad: Stop making excuses for her and grow a pair.

    Wayne, you complain about rudeness but come across as a real dick yourself. The owner tried to help you and you were having none of it. Crites is a top notch company run hands-on by real good folk.
    Be happy the quality is always there.

    I'm a Dick becouse I have been waiting scence October of last year for a hood that just showed up today and I've had to deal with some women that has a piss poor attatude that dosnt give a shit about the coustomer . .u don't even have a clue man I guess the hundreds of other people with the same problem are dicks too .or is jessica your old lady and i offended u ?

    Fiberglass parts are not rare.

    If there is a mold for that particular part.

    And there are lots of molds out there.

    When I had a hard time trying to order 'glass parts for a O/T car I'm building from a guy in Canada, I gave up after a couple months of trying.
    ( rude, flakey, etc)

    One midnight call to England, parts made to order for me, they took the time to let them cure in the mold so they wouldnt be warped, and a couple of weeks later they arrived in a coffin sized box.

    It was expensive, mainly because of the overseas shipping.
    But I was happy to pay it, for the product and the service.


    Not completely related to Wayne's post, but it reminded me of it....

  14. I don't deal with women in parts or anything to do with automotive stuff, period! And a nasty one would set me off into an uncontrollable verbal tirade......but that's just me.

I have had a couple of women in my front office that at times have known more about the car or the parts than some of the guys that have called.I am thinking maybe it is some of you guys attitudes that are causing youre selfs problems.How would you like it if someone acts the way do towards your wife or actually anyone that works for you?We are all human and things happen,I have never dealt with the company you guys are ripping on but I think the guy sounds like a standup kind of person.Some people are just never happy no matter what you do for them or try to help them.

    Naw the woman pArt dosnt bother me at all but far as Jessica at crites all she knows is what's written down in front of her if u want to sleek with sombody that wants to help u an knows what they are talking about at crites speek with miss crites .

  22. I didn't miss it. I just didn't know whatelse to say so I figured maybe if I poked some fun at you you could either giggle a bit or be mad at me instead of them.

    So which is it are ya gigglin'? Comeon tell me your gigglin'.

    Customer as a rule is a thing of the past. You would think that with all the quality folks out of work that there is any employer could hire someone that was good at it but that doesn't appear to be the case.

    A lot of companies now record all phone calls "for customer service purposes."

    I promise, whatever problems Crites is having with a particular employee will be solved in no time if he choose to do something like that. He will find out how his employees handle customers and he will also know which customers aren't worth wasting his time.

    I had all good experiences with Crites when I was building my OT 427-67 Fairlane. Don;t remember the evil lady at the other end of the phone, but she may not have been there at the time. This was 5-6 years ago. Generally, a business will take action when customer complaints affect their bottom line.

    Charles, thanks for acting on this, or attempting to act on it- I have a few parts I'll be needing for my two '62 Galaxies and my '64 Falcon drag car soon. Please take this well, along with the other folks, we love your products and need you to stay in business. That being said, I have also made a few calls to your office, and have actually held off on ordering stuff for the same reasons cited by others- just plain rudeness. I was going to buy a C6 Galaxie crossmember a while back, got pi$$ed off enough to just make my own instead. To be as diplomatic as I can, I have talked to one lady who's just a sweetheart and tries to help in any way she can, and another who has her head in an anatomically-difficult position and is just plain nasty & rude :mad: There's a couple people in this thread I know who circulate in the Ford circles as I do, and again, please take this as constructive, this particular "service person" :rolleyes: has become somewhat legendary amongst way too many people for there to not be a fire behind that smoke. Thanks for listening, and hope to buy some stuff from you soon- but if I get talked to like that again, I'll unfortunately have to keep looking. And I definitely feel for you if this "person" is a friend of your wife's- jeezus :(

    First off robyyo I have a Droid and it has auto correction so sometimes I have to double check the spelling so dont be an asshole and secondly I'm done with all of this I got my hood its great ,nice quality I love it .

    I called Crites last fall for 390 headers for my 57 Fairlane. Got the rude lady you guys are talking about. I said forget it. I then found out that Maddog headers in Michigan makes them. I called and he and his wife were great so I ordered them. Nice headers. I think he makes them for Crites.
