Has anyone delt with Crites Resteration ???

Preaching to the choir here. Parts are excellent quality and priced accordingly, but I'd rather walk in front of a bus than deal with Jessica again. I understand the lead time required but the customer service by her is unbelievable. Next time I'll talk to Charles directly.
