Not that exact one but there used to be a company in the Detroit area, Gresham Driving Aids that sold hand controls for handicapped drivers. Guy I worked for broke his left foot and while he could operate the accelerator he had problems with the cast and applying the brake pedal as he had a four speed El Camino.
I knew a guy that used a length of wood, either a 1x2 or broom handle. Left foot on the brake, right on the gas, left hand on the wheel, right holding the wood on the brake. When he popped the clutch he tossed the wood in the back seat.
