I have been hooked on Fridges ever since I brought home my 1960 F100 Long bed for $400 when I was 16 years old. 59s.jpg

so far i've found that no one sells the seat foam for 59 truck seats...and they want all the money to re do the foam and cover the stock seat...the stock seat is foam over spring...and takes up a lot of room.. but I like the look of the stock seat in the cab...ideas???

I can't understand why so many feel the need to lower everything they drag home.

Get a seat out of a late 80s early 90s GM truck. They fit great and no bouncy springs. GM seat.jpg

thats because everyone here has lowered cars... and thats what hotroders have always done... bet if you go on a 4 wheeler site you won't have that problem...oh, and don't forget loud pipes and hopped up motors..

the axels on them are dropped about 4'' i believe.... more than that is spooky to me on a truck

  14. Funny I like the hognose and the prison bar and both of them are I wouldn't say hated but not real well liked either.

  15. Give me a power giant mopar any day of the week over those stuck up ford 20160130_123229.jpg "reefer" trucks (Sarcasm ). I actually really wanted a 1960 ford small window short bed when I stumbled across my Dodge on craigslist for pennies needing some front end bits but you can't go wrong with any 57 to 60 pickup that was made in America regardless of the make, I really want a 1957 international Golden jubilee but They were rare when they were new and the few that are left are kind of pricey or beat to hell.
Heres my Old picture but it's dark outside because it's 4:30 in the morning so I'm not going to go out and take a new picture of my power giant mopar, the front fenders are now about the same color as the truck although It's still obvious I replaced them. I love all these old trucks.

LOL. Yeah, years ago I also built a Jail-bar too...I tried to hide the "ugly" under flames...it only sorta worked.

I lowered mine with reverse eyed springs in the front (bought them used on here) and in the back, I raised the front hangers, lengthened the shackles and took out a bunch of leafs....sorry for the grainy garage shot....theyre all I have left IIRC I had 215 75 15 up front and 235 75 15 Rear. I miss that truck and had done a TON of rust repair along with installing a 1961 T-bird 390 and cruise-o-matic - sold it to build my altered
