Have a cylinder.What doe's it go to?

Any idea what this would go to? I have no clue. Thanks for any help. Uglymailman

 

newer car or truck o2 cent.on side looks like TOYOTA,HONDA,ECT,,,,,, sorry not hamb friendly

 

I would suspect it's from a frontwheel drive since the enter/exit is on the same side.

 

Cylinder? I don't think so. Looks like a modern 4 cylinder exhaust manifold with an oxygen sensor.

Strange looking fins though.
