    Docwatson:

I have a .PDF scan from Street Rodder '97. It's 58 pages on building a nailhead. Have the magazines too. They spent 12 issues on this. It's a huge file though (19 meg). I can try to post it somewhere for download if you want a copy.

  2. That would be great if you can find a way. Like I said, both of us are a little lacking in Nailhead knowledge, they were never sold here in Australia.
Thanks mate, if you can do it let me know.

I was planning one at one point, still even have the domain... http://www.nailheadpower.com/
    Maybe one day...

Both of those articles are ok, but they both have some problems, we've gone over both of them when they came out on the Yahoo Nailhead group. There is also the WebRodder article as well. There is some decent help available on V8Buick and TeamBuick as well. But what are the particular questions people have. The engines are pretty easy to deal with as long as you stay within the personality of the motor. If you try and make them spin you are in for a hard time. Torque monster up to about 5-6k is what you need to build them for. Hell the 425 in my Buick broke the mount for my rear end a couple days ago. LOL, makes me laugh, already have a new stronger one ready to go....
