50 speed film and moving objects don't always work well together

 

With film, how many 'throwaways' do you get for every image that's a keeper? Or was a pic like this a one shot deal?

I'm spoiled by digital media and the ease of deleting what I don't like

well that would be the proverbial "million dollar question". in general i very rarely reshoot anything, so in that sense it is a a one shot deal.

I do take a bit more time on the set up though. As an example in a situation like shooting at night at a semi lit burger stand, to get that exposure with 400 speed film I would guess and say a 15 to 20 second exposure at a f4-5.6, multiply that time by 3 and a change for 125 speed film.
