does anyone know what the diffence is in a 99 and down rear wheel to a 2000 and newer rear wheel on the softails? I know some of the newer ones have a 1 in axle and some have the 3/4 axle. but will the rotor and sprocket fit from a older wheel to the newer one?

they made some changes. i heard about the 1 inch axle but never saw one on a softail, but i could be wrong. caliper mount is different. i think they went to a sealed bearing in 2000. when did they change to the skinnier belt?
i don't know, everyone i ask can't tell me either.
