    I mounted the headers and cut out the hood sides today. what do you think of them.
    Also here are some pictures of the old cage from the '60's as it ran at El Mirage.

    Nice job on the new cage...I personally like the looks of the old one, but to certify these cars for competition anymore, the old designs just don't make the grade with the tech inspectors! A friend of mine is having his old 60s rail updated and re-certified before the season starts this year...had to add an extra "helmet bar" to his cage, even though once you're strapped in, you couldn't get your head NEAR the opening!!

    Lookin' sharp! I have to agree, I like the old cage better myself. Oh well.
