Well got a pm asking about the headers on this roadster, and I tried my best to explain in my return pm, but pictures never hurt, right? anyway, along with the header pics I've included the tunnel that we've almost finished up and the original Auburn column drop we cut up and added some length to... Gotta love cutting up desirables
Nice! Those are similar to the headers I'm building for the Hemi in my coupe. What size collector...3"? Looks perfect.
The collecter is 2-1/2" I'm working on a tech thingy now on the tunnel and shifter area....maybe by the end of the week??
I like the dash. That is set back a little farther than stock 32 isn't it, and drops down a bit farther too. Thanks for posting the pics. Steve
Nice work!! I like the flow of the pipes following the frame line. BTW: What paint do you have on the body? looks like old zinc chromate...
The dash is stock Auburn, yeah it does set in some... The "paint" is Transtar 6111 self etching primer, Thanks
