1937 Ford Standard flatback sedan, front end stock steering only the wishbones moved slightly to facilitate Borg Warner T5 installation. No other mods to engine compartment. Has a 59AB flathead modestly warmed installed. Unable to fit headers to it. Have tried tube type, Fentons, and today Sanderson FA-1, 2. Advice from vendors appear to be guesses. Block huggers Patriot with center collectors will interfere with steering box. Left with the conclusion that my only alternatives are stock manifold or fabricate a set. The space between frame rails, steering gear and interference with dipstick are present. Anybody have a "magic bullet" before we "kluge" something up?

Have you called Red's headers? They build a lot of application-specific headers for early Fords...
