I finally have the steering routed, and it actually looks pretty clean and safe.
This is a 34 Chevy Master with a Heigts front end and disc brakes.
Now there is absolutely no way any type of exhaust will go in the frame. I bought OE “ ram horns” not close, now I have a new set of those for sale. Without ordering 15 sets of headers and then trying and send each back I am stumped.
I have looked at over the frame and through the inner fender panel headers
Questions: 1st my steering is in front of the cross member
    1. Anybody have a similar problem and what headers did you use? Make and source
    2. How did you run the exhaust out? Under the running boards?
Pictures would be nice, reference points anything would be appreciated.
    Thanks very much

Such a shame they are no longer in business, they had a good product, would be worth the trouble to find a used set. One of the only application specific 1&3/4" header.
I have two sets, one set as mfg by S&S for my roadster and the same set that were modified to fit my 67 Nova.

I think the key here is that most of us who do a setup like that plumb the exhaust and then work the steering around it rather than install the steering the easy straight way and try to clear it with the exhaust.
