so i am heading down wed. to vendor at the show and i was hoipng for some local advice on what way to go. we are heading to san fransisco (pacifica) before the show for a couple days and it looks like taking i-505 to i-80 is the way to go:confused:. i am hauling a 40' fifth wheel so if anyone can let me know if im on the right track or if there is a better way that would be great:D. i am thinking i will be in the bay area around early afternoon thursday so i dont know if traffic will be an issue or not:eek:.

traffic seems to get worse, and more unpredictable every day around here... but yeah, 80 down from Sacto - over the bay bridge - a brief tour through the city on 101 south - 280 south to Hiway 1. There is a long steep down hill grade into Pacifica. Edit: If you can time it for mid-day you'll be better off.

  3. 5 to 505 to 80 to 37 to 101 to pacifica

    Take 5 to 505 to 80. I think 280 would be better if you're hauling a trailer than taking 37 to 101.
