Hot Rods Headlight bulbs for my BLC 682-J ?

I'm having trouble finding H/L bulbs for my Guide headlight buckets. The only ones I get at my local parts store have the alignment tabs in the wrong place and don't line up with the buckets. I have run these lights before and don't remember having this issue.
Anyone have a part number for me?

 

File 3 new slots to fit 6006 or 6012 sealed beams.

 

It has been several years but I don't remember having to do that in the past.
