I have a 37 Pontiac coupe with stock headlight buckets with trim rings but no guts. I want to convert to sealed beam headlights does anyone make a kit. should be the same as chevy. Right now the hole in the trim ring is a little to big.

I did my 37 buick conversion for free..low buck style :)

Cut out discs and welded to the light housings

drilled holes, filed them square and installed 70 chevelle or similar adjusters.

you can see the adjusters with these trim rings, you could always recess the dicscs as needed. I dont mind mine as is.

  3. You might consider using the "Brite" bulbs from Ron Francis,
wire-works.com, (800) 292-1940. I am running these in my '32 Ford and they work great. You would have to run down the headlight parts you are missing and have the buckets resilvered but they might end up looking better that sealed beams. I don't know about your bulb sockets but the bulbs go right into the '32 Ford and are VERY BRIGHT.

factory bulbs would definately look better, eventually I am going to convert to 12v bulbs with factory glass lenses.
