headliners/windlace

Have a 47 poncho. What goes on first, windlace or headliner?

Not sure on 47 poncho but on 55 chevy sedan windlace first. Ron

 

I'd guess headliner, but please note thesecond word--I'll be interested to see what everyone says--still have to do both in my 48 chev
