heads up

Hey gang . So Im in the process of checkin out some finned aluminum offy heads for my 8ba flat motor but these are pre 49 style heads so what do I need to do to make these work on My motor? I seem to remember something about blocking water passage holes thanks. Dave

 

yes one hole each side, its about 3/8th's in diameter being it hasn't rusted larger. once you put your heads on your block you will see which one it is as the heads will partially cover it. just tap it and put a allen head screw or as we call them grub screw in it with loctite.
