Took my box out were my heater core would be if I had one to the part store...its the rectangle style,I found that a 2001 Saturn fits inside the box perfectly but doesn't have any tubes on it and uses some kind of quick connect with o rings....its aluminum core anyway to add tubes to it? Without buying the whole tube kit for that car its for

***uming it's a core for a 2001 Saturn L series it looks like you'll need Pipe Kit GM#90586840 to get the hoses connected to it. Have the parts guy at the local GM dealer check that part number and they should be able to find an illustration in their catalogs to give you an idea of what the part looks like. List price is about $67 and it appears to be readily available still from GM. ;)

  4. 2001 saturn, how about a junk yard? Most likely you would have a harder time making or welding some tubes, I would just try a junk yard.
