Not a big deal but I snapped some pics while I was doing it and thought I'd share. The original heater core leaked so I grabbed the AutoZone piece as recommended in the sticky. https://www.autozone.com/cooling-he...spectra-premium-heater-core-399025/144410_0_0 Here it is compared to the factory piece......... It's a very tight fit so some t******* is in order. First off, there're small 90* lips on each edge (4 of 'em) and they need to be ground off..... Next, the top and bottom of the inside lip around the hole need to go. Leave the sides and corners so the heater box can line up...... Lastly, the tube holes in the mounting plate need to be elongated down....... That's about all there is to it. Fits nice and snug inside...... Mount it up and you're good to go!
