My names Lance I’m new to this thread just thought I’d give it a shot and see if I can meet some cool like minded people into Custom cars or Hot Rods. I’m currently working on my 1930 Model A. I was working on the car with my father but he passed away last year so I’m carrying on with the project. It’s chopped 4 1/2” and channeled 3” right now I just have a SBC with 2X4 set up so I could drive my father around before he passed away Eventually I want to put another motor in it that’s more traditional when I get the funds. Hope you guys have a great 2021. One of the pictures is of my Pops standing next to it.

Thank you my Dad loved the SBC but I kind of get a hard time about it with the traditional Hot Rodders that's the only reason I would change it. Right now I'm just enjoying the car and taking my kids for rides while I work on the cosmetics. I swapped the intake to a 2X4 set up for now while I'm rebuilding the 6X2's. Plus the 2X4's had electric chokes it's alot easier to start in the winter.
