Hello everyone, new to the H.A.M.B.!

Hello all!
I have been reading threads on here for a year or 2 now and finally decided to join.
I'm pretty green to the hot rod world, but a decent amateur mechanic. I have a 1951 Ford F1 that came with an 8ba 239 flattie, the rest of the truck is mostly original. What prompted me to join is I can't seem to find anywhere that will tell me how wide of a tire, assuming 0 offset and a 16" rim I can run on the front of the truck without running to issues. Can anyone here shed some light on this please?
