Hello, I'm from Brugge, that is in Flanders, Belgium. Not to many customs or hotrods here (pretty much because the strict laws here). I own a 1951 Chevrolet 4 doors. Want to make a mild custom from it. And building a RPU hotrod from scratch. Greetings, Chris
Yes, sometimes it's frustrated that there are so few pieces around here. Sometimes we have to borrow pieces from French made cars from the 20s and 30s, because it's very hard to find stuff here in Belgium. Luckily there is internet, too bad many Americans on ebay don't trust foreign buyers. But on the other hand I've done some very good deals with trustworthy Americans! The other frustration here is that every part is so expensive... But it's a p***ion since ever, so no whining and keep going Greetings
Welcome Ciske de Rat , sorry Christian the Rat Greetings from the Netherlands What is the base of your RPU, maybe i can help you
Well, the frame is selfbuild from scratch. High kick-up in the back and broken frame in the front. I have a Ford V8 but thinking to put a straight 6 in it. I think I have most of the parts now, only missing a bed for it. Greets Chris
Alohah from Belgium! pretty shure we'll eventually end up drinking some beers to wash those strict laws away ² ;-) cheers from Gent (btw there are good things coming our way on the part of those laws)

Welcome from Oregon. I have sold many parts world wide and it's cool that the hot rod fever is global.
