And Happy New Year too (in time) !!! I'm a Brazilian man who loves cars and I intend to mount a Ford 32s 3 windows coupe. I hope I can find friends here to help me do it.
I've already bought a frame blueprint and now I search for body parts. I also own axles and suspension belonging to GM Chevelle and I will try to adapt a V8 302 engine from Ford Maverick. I've also got a gearbox (3 drives) from this car.
My best wishes to you all !

    Tagliari.

Thanks, Lucky667 and Carmarket for welcome wishes ! How are you going ? I hope you are doing great !
I'm taking this chance to ask a question: what is the standart scale of a blueprint in USA ? For instance:a member attached an image of a 32 Ford frame. I can get the real size of it even using inches instead of centimeters.
If allowed, you may send me answers directly to my email account because I'm still guessing how H.A.M.B. works.
    Thks ! Tagliari.

  5. Welcome Tagliari, this is the place....

  6. Welcome from Oklahoma. I've been to Brazil twice......great place. Use the search button on the top of the post fro information. The scale of your drawing should be on the drawing. If it is from the USA, it will be in inches.

Hello, Randaddy ! How are you ? Thanks for helping me, but there is no scale in the drawing. (smiles) So you have been in Brazil ? Lucky man you are !!! Tourists have been killed by thieves more than ever !!! Even "The Flashman" would get a bullet right in his head !
    Have a nice day, Tagliari.

  8. Tagliari, Try using 1/4" = 1' for the scale, this is very common. If the drawing is smaller then try 1/8" = 1'.

My visit was several years ago and I stayed with friends from a church on the Island of the Governor at Rio de Janeiro (sp?)

Good evening ! How are you going ? Oh, I was sure that sooner or later I would find someone to teach me something about the standart American scale. Thank you very much !!! You do not even imagine how useful these infos will be !
I've never been neither in Riode Janeiro State nor in Rio City, but be sure that not only Rio is violent. The "Ilha do Governador" is in Rio. Would you mind telling me about the church you belong to ? No prejudice at all ! Take care, Tagliari.
