Hi everyone, Im Terry and new to this site as a member. I have been fixing up old cars since i was 14 and love the challenges and excitement that go along with it!! My latest project (a 56 chevy shortbox) has been helped along immensely by all of you here and the forums. I decided early on in the project, which by the way only started in june, to modify the front and rear suspension. The thread regarding putting a camaro clip into it was extremely helpful. You will be happy to know that for a first time clip job, it came out perfect and the stance is amazing. I also removed half the rear springs and tossed in a 410 posi from a ford explorer. So now i have it sitting right and the main components done to the chassis, including 4 wheel disc's and I'm working on the brake system. Need to devise a plan for power brakes, and its progressing well, except for the 5 feet of snow outside. I also dropped in a 400 sm block coupled to a turbo 350 auto. hopefully by early spring it will be driveable and I'll work on the body as i find time, I just cant wait to drive that baby!!
