Hi all, I'm well overdue for an intro so here it is. I'm a long time Street Machiner and new time Rodder. I was introduced to this site by Rat Bastad & have been trolling through the great Posts ever since. For those that know the Aussie Cars I have owned a Holden HZ (Street Machine) and currently have an A9X Mock-up as ell as a 66 Stang Convertible. My new project is a Deuce Coupe running an 8BA Flattie. I'm currently collecting all the bits to get me to a starting point. The Engine has been sourced and is being dismantled ready for a dip in the Molases. Now on the hunt for a Frame...
Frank's bad news, stay away from him, ahahahhaaha I'm a convertaed muscle car bloke as well, never looked back, OK maybe once. welcome.
Looking forward with great interest in the deuce coupe build. Should be a nice traditional ride from what I'm hearing. Nice to have you on board, post some pix as the build progresses. Wecome to the fold, ya hoodlum! Boner
Thanks for all the Welcome notes..... I'll post some progress pics of work conducted to date..... it may also help me keep the motivation by doing regular project updates.... I'm currently targetting a debut at the Chopped Rod & Custom Show 2010
Add another TWO years to the build time and double your budget haha. Oh, and everything Jimbob said is true !! And here's something to get your panties in a bunch over..... Rat
BTW. Welcome mate. Will be at Chopped this year. Hopefully the next too. Wanna see this Deuce!!! All the Best. HC.
